How much does production actually cost?

Magnum has no initial cost. There are no fees other than the monthly management fee.
Management fee is 7,000 yen for basic functions only.（tax not included)/Even with standard options, it will cost you less than 10,000 yen per month.

How much does it cost to acquire a domain and server fee?

Magnum does not charge any fees other than the monthly management fee. Domain acquisition costs, server maintenance costs, initial design costs, etc. are all included in the monthly management fee.

What is the difference between the regular plan, 6 month plan, and 12 month plan?

Discounts apply for long-term contracts. The service content is the same as the regular plan.

Are there any minimum usage periods or penalties?

there is no. Since the minimum contract unit is one month, one month is the minimum usage period.
※１No refunds will be given even if the store closes or the contract is canceled within a month.
※You can cancel your subscription immediately, but there are restrictions on domain transfers by the registrar, and transfers cannot be processed for 60 days after you start using the service.

Questions regarding delivery date

How soon can I use it after applying?

You can use it from the next day at the earliest. For regular plans, delivery will be completed and you can start using the service within 3 business days.
※The schedule starts from the time we receive confirmation of the payment of the first month's management fee (prepayment method).

Questions about design

Is there anything I need to prepare?

If you have existing logo data that you would like to use, please send it to us via email.
If you are creating a new design, please include the site image, store name, phone number, business hours, business area, etc. Please send us the information necessary to create your site via the application form or email.
In addition, if the service requires permission from the local government, please send a copy of the permit (notification form) by fax or email.
※If a website is required to issue the document or if you are waiting for the document to be issued, there is no problem in sending it after it is issued.

I want to use my own design on my website

You can use it.
If you have any images or materials, please send them to us via email.
※It is not possible to design or create pages or functions that are not available in the Magnum System.

Questions about domain servers

I want to use my own domain

You can use it.
If you request us to manage your domain, you will need to complete the domain transfer procedure. Once the domain transfer is complete, we will begin creating the site. If you wish to manage your domain yourself, we will provide you with name server information. Please set it up.

Our system cannot be used on external servers.

I want to transfer my domain to another company

If you contact us or let us know that you wish to transfer, we will provide you with an administrative code (AuthCode).
※You cannot transfer a domain for 60 days after bringing it to us or acquiring a new domain. Please note that these are the rules of the domain management organization.
